How’s your training going I ask people and 9 times out of 10 the response is “getting there.” I started thinking more in-depth about that, like we’re is there and how will you know when you get there 🤔. The more I thought the more sense it made to me. I’m always striving to improve my Physique and this process / journey is for life.
Hungry & never Satisfied is key to consistently improving your body Composition.
I think this Strategy should be Implement in all aspects of life.
